I have seen many severe depression and anxiety patients recently, our modern society has too much stress and pressure from the job or relationship or finance to the young people, but the the stress and living pressure only one of the causes of depression and anxiety.

Sinusitis and swollen nasal turbinates is caused by poor blood circulation and some blockage the blood flowing into the nasl hall area, which can cause the block nose and swollen in your nasal turbinates.
